The Visit of Pope Benedict in September 2010

There are copies of a preparation booklet for the papal visit entitled Heart speaks unto heart at the back of the church. It explains much of the detail of the visit.

A special sung Mass has been composed for the Papal Masses in Britain by James MacMillan, a renowned Scottish composer. I will be teaching the Mass to our Diocesan Choir as the summer progresses, and the Bishops of the UK hope this sung setting will continue to be used in parishes throughout the country as a legacy of the papal visit.
