First Holy Communion

The boys and girls who were confirmed will complete their initiation into the Church when they receive their First Holy Communion today at the 11am Mass in Arbroath and on Sunday 13 June at the 11.30am Mass in Monifieth.

I welcome all the children, their mums and dads and extended families and friends to our Mass in St Thomas’ this Sunday morning and extend an invitation to join us for refreshments in the hall afterwards.

This is a very special day for these children, so I ask all our parishioners to remember them in their prayers, that the Eucharist they receive today may form Christ in their hearts.
